How to fix the error server rejected problem in the blogger

Hello friends once again I am back with my new blog post on fixing the error of server rejected on blogger '
The main motto of writing this blog is once I was posting the photo in the blog then at that time I got stucked in this error and after some tricks and googling I fixed it and I thinks that I must have to write a blog about this error .

Friends If you are facing this problem I request you to check this certain problems that may be the cause of this problem.
1-Make sure to check the size of the image or video.
2-It should be of proper format that means

 if you are uploading a picture then you must check that
  -it is either in the format of the jpeg ,png and gif.
 if you are going to upload a video file then it must be
  -either flv,mp4 ,avi.
3-If you are copying that image or video from the any of the websites on the internet then you
 must note that in starting there is www or http .
 That's all the minor things which you must be aware of it and when you are getting this error then you must check according to the mistakes listed above .
